The delivery date I want is not available, why?

Available delivery dates are related to our growers’ ability to ship your product. We offer delivery Tuesday through Saturday for all products with a limited selection for delivery on Monday. We also offer same-day delivery through our partner, Florist Express. Same-day delivery orders can be taken until 3PM in your recipient’s time zone.

I’m supposed to receive a free glass vase with my order. Which vase will I receive?

Free glass vases are only offered with our cut floral arrangements. After you select the bouquet you would like to order, the vase options will be located under Step 2 on this page. The free vase will be noted as “Free” under the image of the vase. There are also options to choose any of our premium vases at a discounted price.

Can I place an order for a delivery date beyond what the calendar is showing?

In most cases, we are able to take orders up to 6 weeks in advance of your desired date. Available dates in the calendar are related to our growers’ ability to ship your product consistent with our high standard of quality.

What are my delivery charges?

Delivery rates are determined from a number of factors including the products and accessories you choose, the delivery date and time. You will have an opportunity to review the delivery charges on the Review Order page before confirming your order.

How long will the bouquet or plant I send last?

We guarantee that your bouquet will last at least 7 days and potted plants have an extended guarantee of 14 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers or plant, please call or email us and we will gladly replace the product or refund your money.

What are the other products shown in Step 1?

For many products we have recommendations for upgrading to a bigger bouquet or adding special extras. When you choose an alternate product you’ll be able to see a new photo and description, and you can switch back to your original choice if you are not interested. Please note that upgraded product choices may result in added cost for your product.
